Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hydroplux. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship exclusively to the United States (USA). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing, Transit Time, and Order Cut-off Time To ensure a smooth delivery process, please note our shipping schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time - EST)

  • Order Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Transit / Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the USA.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use major reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL to deliver your kitchen items safely.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

5. Change of Delivery Address For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at support@hydroplux.com if you need to update your address.

6. Cancellations If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.

7. Parcels Damaged in Transit If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service immediately so we can assist you.
